If you are a regular or repeat building permit applicant with Watershed, you will have access to Watershed Job Tracker

Watershed job tracker functions

  • View all of your projects with a Watershed permit or permit application
  • Search projects via their status
  • Generate reports based on permit application dates
  • Submit new permit applications
  • Access stamped/approved documents
  • Book mandatory inspections
  • Submit occupancy / final certificate applications
  • Access and download inspections reports
  • View your current RFI list for each project
  • Upload and share documents with Watershed

how to access your job tracker

Visit the Watershed website home page and click the JOB TRACKER

If you do not already have your login username and password, contact our team to receive them.

  • This function acts as your ‘Form One’ which has previously been submitted to Watershed as a PDF document
  • Fill all required fields marked with a *

Multiple Owners for two or more owners, fill the names as per the below

Building practitioners and architects can be removed if there is not one nominated as yet. Click the ⦻ to remove this field

Agent Details; you can change the First and Last name in the ‘Agent’ section of the application form to reflect the person who submitted the application.

Cost of works is the materials + labour or the price of the building contract.

Renaming Documents to the those named in the list at the bottom of this post will assist Watershed to quickly identify which supporting permit documents and RFI items you have provided.
